Cordially Invite All Parsons Descendants to
Our 33rd Annual Reunion of 2011


WHAT:
The Parsons Family Association-Western Region (PFAWR) is Cordially inviting all descendants of Cornet Joseph Parsons, including his brothers Deacon Benjamin and Thomas Parsons (PFA members or not) to come join us for our annual social event. A large turnout is anticipated, so please mail in your reservations early (before Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011). This will allow enough time to make arrangements for food and activities.

There will be many of Harriet's handmade reunion quilts, a library of Parsons reference materials, some Parsons memorabilia from Northampton, MA, and a laptop computer with our entire PFAWR's Master Database.

WHEN:
The reunion this year is set for Saturday, October 1, 2011, from 11am to 5pm.

WHERE:
The annual reunion this year will be our 33nd social gathering, since our formation in 1979. We would like to make it a special affair. This year our event will be a picnic lunch in Monterey's sceinic Veterans Memorial Park (group area #2). Our host this year will be Tony Finnigan. The menu is still to be decided by our host, but as always, there will be cake, cold soft drinks, and adult beverages.

COST:
Adults (11 and over): $20.00
Young Adults (5 to 10): $15.00
Children (5 and under): Free

Our PFAWR reunion brochure, and reservation form will be mailed out in July, 2011.
