The primary objective of the Parsons Family Association-Western Region's (PFA-WR) Web Page is to promote interest in our association and to disseminate knowledge concerning the Parsons Family in America and in the South-of-England. We are also trying to improve basic skills, knowledge, and communication between PFA-WR members and the rest of the genealogical community.

Initially, the PFA-WR was primarily focused on the descendants of Cornet Joseph Parsons, Sr., and his wife, Mary Bliss Parsons (our immigrant ancestors). As our organization grew, our interest expanded to include his parents, William Parsons and Margaret Hoskins of Beaminster, Co. Dorset, England (ca 1570), and all of their descendants.

The PFA-WR welcomes you to browse through our database presented here and cordially requests that you and your family consider becoming members of our Parsons Family Association.
